1. About this policy

Stickio (application ID co.stickers) is a sticker creation and animation app provided by wikivn. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the app and contact us.

No Stickio account is required. We operate no server for your creations. Photos, drawings, stickers, boards and Studio projects are processed on your device. Google services, including Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, optional Drive sync, Android backup and apps you choose to share with may handle information as explained below.

2. Photos, camera and creations

Stickio accesses photos you select through Android’s photo picker and pictures you take with the optional in-app camera. It uses them to cut out subjects, make stickers, edit drawings, assemble collages and animations, and create wallpapers. It does not request broad access to your photo library.

Your saved content, drafts, sticker packs, board layouts, tags and preferences are stored in the app’s local storage. Temporary files support editing and sharing. Stickio does not upload your photos, camera images or creations to the developer.

3. Permissions and device features

  • Camera: requested when you use the camera. You can deny or revoke it in Android Settings and still select existing photos.
  • Motion sensors: gravity and acceleration readings animate stickers as you tilt or shake the device. These readings are processed locally and are not stored as a movement history. You can switch tilt off in Settings.
  • Vibration: provides touch feedback, which you can turn off in Settings.
  • Live wallpaper: Android displays the board or Studio scene you choose on your home or lock screen. Anyone who can see that screen may see its content.

Google Play services and included libraries may use network access for purchases, model downloads, fonts, optional Drive sync, usage analytics and crash diagnostics. Stickio does not request microphone, contacts, location or message access.

4. Automatic cutouts and Google ML Kit

Automatic subject cutouts use Google ML Kit. Image analysis and its results stay on your device; ML Kit does not send those images or results to Google servers.

ML Kit may connect to Google for model downloads, updates and compatibility information. It also sends technical diagnostics and usage metrics, including device and app details, identifiers, timing, errors and API configuration such as image dimensions. Google handles this data under its own policy; the developer does not receive it. See ML Kit privacy information, ML Kit data disclosures and Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Stickio Pro and payments

Subscriptions and one-time Pro purchases are processed by Google Play. Google handles your payment method and billing information; Stickio does not receive your card details. The app requests product and purchase information, acknowledges completed purchases, and remembers Pro status locally to provide paid features.

At checkout, Stickio sends Google Play a randomly generated installation identifier as an obfuscated account ID to help prevent purchase misuse. This is not a Stickio login and does not contain your name or email address. We do not run a purchase-verification server. Google retains purchase records under its own policies. Clearing app data or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription; manage it in Google Play.

6. Downloaded fonts

Some Pro fonts are downloaded through the Google Fonts provider in Google Play services. Stickio requests the font family and style; it does not send the text you type or your artwork with the request. Google handles downloads and associated service data under Google’s Privacy Policy.

7. Exporting and sharing

When you save an export, Stickio writes the selected image, video or GIF to a destination on your device. When you share, the app you choose receives access to the exported file. Adding a sticker pack to WhatsApp or Telegram gives that service the pack content and relevant metadata, such as its name and publisher.

These actions happen at your request. The receiving app’s policies apply, including WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy and Telegram’s Privacy Policy. Removing a creation from Stickio does not remove copies you exported, sent or added to another app.

8. Support and external links

If you send feedback, your email app opens a draft with the app name and version, device manufacturer and model, and Android version. You can edit the draft before sending. We receive your email address, message and any attachments only if you send them, and use them to respond and resolve your request.

Rating, sharing, subscription management and privacy links open the relevant store, app or browser. This policy page is hosted on Vercel. The hosting service may process request information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the website. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice.

9. Analytics, crash reports and advertising

Stickio uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand feature use and Firebase Crashlytics to find and fix crashes and other technical failures. The released app collects this information automatically. Google processes it through these services, and authorized members of the developer’s Firebase and Analytics projects can view reports.

Usage information

Analytics records screens viewed, features opened and choices such as a tool, brush, export format, purchase-plan type or the action that opened a screen. For example, it can record that you opened a drawing tool or the Drive connection dialog. It also records review-prompt requests and may automatically record sessions, engagement, app updates, purchases and subscriptions, including product information and price.

The SDK uses an app-instance identifier and processes device and app information, such as device model, Android and app versions, language and session timing. It may derive approximate location, such as country or city, from network IP information. This does not require Android location permission and is not GPS tracking.

Crash and diagnostic information

Crashlytics collects crash stack traces, error messages, app state, device and operating-system details, installation and session identifiers, and diagnostic information. Stickio also reports some failures it recovers from, such as an error while importing the bundled sticker collection. Analytics events before a crash may appear as diagnostic breadcrumbs. Error messages can include technical context, such as internal file paths.

Content, advertising and your choices

Our custom analytics events use screen and feature names and predefined options, rather than your photos, artwork, typed text, board or tag names, Google account email address or Drive file contents. Stickio does not set a Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics user ID from your Google account. Image processing remains on your device; optional Drive uploads are described separately below.

Stickio has no advertising SDK. Android advertising-ID collection is disabled and the related advertising permissions are removed. We do not sell personal information or use your creations for advertising. App-instance, installation and session identifiers are different from the advertising ID and can still be collected.

The current app has no in-app switch for Analytics or Crashlytics collection. Disconnecting Google Drive does not turn them off. Uninstalling stops future collection from that installation but does not automatically erase reports already sent. Contact us about privacy or deletion requests; see section 12 for retention and the limits on identifying records.

See Analytics data disclosures, Crashlytics data disclosures, Firebase privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy.

10. Optional Google Drive sync (Pro)

If you choose to connect Google Drive in Settings, Stickio requests access only to its private app data folder using the drive.appdata permission. It cannot read your other Drive files. No Stickio account is created; Google handles account selection and authorization.

After you grant access, Stickio uploads finished sticker images, editable originals when present, sticker animations and the tag a sticker had when first uploaded to that folder, then downloads missing stickers into your collection. It also uploads your Studio projects: each project together with the photos and sticker images it uses, so it opens the same way on your other devices. Studio samples created on a new install are uploaded only after you change them. The picture used for a live wallpaper is not included.

Sync runs while the app is open: automatically shortly after you make a sticker or stop editing a Studio project, when you return to the app, or when you tap Sync now. It uses your internet connection and Google Drive storage. Deleting a sticker or Studio project removes it from Drive and, at their next sync, from your other connected devices; a small deletion record stays in the folder so the item is not restored. If the same project is changed on two devices, both versions are kept. Changing a sticker’s tags affects only that device. Drawings in progress, packs, settings and board layouts are not included.

Stickio reads your Google account email address and Drive account identifier to display the connected account and keep each account’s sync separate. These settings are stored locally and excluded from Android backup and device transfer. Access tokens are used in memory for the operation; Stickio does not store your Google password or a refresh token and does not operate a server for sync. Google processes the uploaded content and service requests under Google’s Privacy Policy.

Google API data is used only to provide the sync you request, not for advertising, sale, AI model training or unrelated analytics. Stickio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Disconnect in Settings to stop sync and request revocation of Google access. Disconnecting, uninstalling or cancelling Pro does not delete cloud copies. To delete them, disconnect first, then open Google Drive Settings → Manage apps → Stickio → Delete hidden app data using the same account. You can also revoke access in your Google Account’s third-party apps settings. Clearing local app data or reconnecting can restore cloud stickers and Studio projects that were not deleted. Google controls its service retention and security practices.

11. Android backup and device transfer

Android backup is enabled. Depending on your device, backup settings and platform limits, Android may copy eligible app files, databases and preferences to your backup account or another device. This may include creations, settings and locally stored Pro information. We cannot access those backups.

You control backup and device transfer through Android and your backup provider. Their policies govern retention and deletion; restoring a backup may restore previously saved app data.

12. Retention and deletion

Local content remains until you delete it in the app, clear Stickio’s storage in Android Settings or uninstall the app. Temporary files may remain until cleaned up by the app or Android. Deleting a sticker or Studio project while Drive sync is connected also deletes its Drive copy. Exported files, shared copies, other Drive copies and system backups must be deleted separately in the relevant location or service.

Analytics user-level and event-level retention depends on the Analytics property settings and Google’s retention rules; aggregated reports can have different retention. Google states that Crashlytics keeps crash reports and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems. These remotely processed records are not automatically deleted when you clear local storage or uninstall.

Contact us to request access to or deletion of information we process, subject to applicable rights and the service’s available controls. We do not send your email address as an Analytics or Crashlytics user ID, so an email address alone may not let us identify your technical records. We may need additional information to locate them; do not send passwords or access tokens.

We keep support correspondence only as needed to handle your request and follow-up, or meet applicable legal obligations. Google and other providers separately control their own service and purchase records; we cannot erase those records on their behalf. There is no Stickio account to delete.

13. Security and children’s privacy

Stickio relies on Android’s app sandbox and permission controls to protect local data. Share and export only content you intend others to see. Analytics and crash reports are encrypted in transit. Google may process these data in countries other than yours under its published data-protection terms. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

The automatic technical data collection described in section 9 can also occur when a child uses the app. Parents or guardians can contact us about a child’s privacy or deletion of information, and we will address the request as appropriate. Google Play applies its own purchase and parental controls.

14. Policy updates

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The latest version will be available at this address, linked from Settings, with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
